A loan of $1,200 helped to increase her working capital.

Agusta's story

Agusta S. Y. sells soft drinks in the Carrasco province of the department of Cochabamba. She has 3 children in her care, and she is in charge of their education.

Agusta has a sales post on the street where many trucks pass. These are her main customers. Due to the very hot climate where she lives, this business is secure. She sells at all hours, including the very late hours of the night.

Agusta wants her children to get technical degrees in the city of Cochabamba, and to do this she needs to save, but with the little she earns, she scarcely saves enough to pay for food. For this reason she wants to increase her capital to buy a small refrigerator so that she could sell more and, after paying off the loan, could save and achieve her dreams.
