A loan of $1,200 helped to acquire an anticrético (a special type of rental arrangement in Bolivia).

Richard's story

Richard is single, independent, and does not have any children. He is a humble person and lives in a rented space. He has worked since he was young and he now works driving a trufi (a taxi that travels along a specific route and has fixed stops) from Monday through Friday. On weekends, he works providing amplifier service. They hire him to liven parties for weddings, baptisms, and other events and he stays for several hours until dawn when the parties end.

The loan that he is requesting is to get an “anticrético” (a special type of rental arrangement in Bolivia) to help his older sister because she is single. He will help to reduce the expenses that she is paying for her anticrético. This speaks of Richard’s kindness because he is concerned about his family.
