A loan of $3,275 helped a member buying shirts, dresses, shorts, and other clothes to sell.

Mujeres Virtuosas Group's story

The committee of Virtuous Women from the San Miguel neighborhood formed following an invitation to create a committee by a member of United Women of Bogado Island.

The Committee is in its ninth loan cycle with the Program Committee of Entrepreneurial Women with the Paraguaya Foundation. It is made up of 18 members, all of whom work in different fields.

One of the members is Clotilde D., who used her loan to purchase seasonal clothing like shirts, shorts, and blouses. She says she makes good profits selling clothes. She wants to continue selling clothes since the job allows her to devote time to her family since she is only open certain hours of the day.

In this group: Clotilde, Angela, Inocencia, Francisca, Maria, Eugenia, Inocenccia, Daisy, Maria, Simona, Digna, Marisol, Gricelda, Cintia, M. Estela*, Sandrá*, Rosa*
