Ros S., 48, grows vegetables, and catches and sells fish at the local market of his Kandal province. He typically makes US$3 of profit each day, while his wife stays at home looking after their four children. Two of the children are in school and the two others are employed as garment factory workers. Ros S. is asking for a loan of US$700 to purchase one boat and grow sugar cane.
