Mun's story

Mun N., 39, is married and resides with her husband and three children in Kandal Province, Cambodia, an area known for fertile farmland for growing vegetables. N. decorates fabrics at home, earning an income of about USD 2.50 per day. Her husband is a fisherman, earning an income of about USD 3 per day. The family has to spend USD 35 on food, USD 10 on electricity and water supplies, and USD 15 on other necessary expenses every month. N. is requesting a loan of USD 700 to purchase more supplements to decorate fabrics. In the future, she would like to use any additional profit to repair her house.
