C. de 36 años de edad, reside en Tacachico, ubicado en el departamento de La Libertad, en donde vive junto a su esposa quien se dedica a los quehaceres del hogar, y así mismo le ayuda a Lucio a atender el negocio. Él posee una tienda en la cual comercializa alimentos enlatados, pan, embutidos, bebidas y muchos otros productos que son de primera necesidad tanto alimenticias como para hacer los quehaceres del hogar. Desde hace 4 años y medio que el posee su propio negocio, el cual le ha permitido contar con todo lo necesario para seguir adelante. Lucio solicita un préstamo con el fin de poder surtir la tienda, con todos los productos que sean necesarios para poder incrementar sus ventas, ya que es esta la única fuente de ingresos que posee, Lucio desea poder agrandarlo y de esta manera poder crecer tanto como persona así como propietario de un negocio, el cual ha sido muy rentable, ya que no posee mucha competencia en el lugar.
