Fouléra's story

Fouléra is 37 years old, married and the mother of two children. She lives with her family in the Adéwi neighborhood of Lomé. In 1990 she started a business selling grocery products. She does business in a shop in the front of her home. Her customers come from diverse backgrounds. Anticipating her customers' increasing demand due to the approaching holiday season, she is seeking a loan through WAGES in order to stock up with 8 cartons of milk, 5 cartons of sugar, 10 medium bags of rice, and various other grocery products.
