A loan of $550 helped fertilizer.

Benjamin's story

Benjamin is wise and dedicated to his family. He loves his four children but only he and his wife live in their home in Cachunayo. He is proud of what he has achieved over time, especially now that all of his grandchildren are attending university.

He works in mining, but he only receives a small pension now. He also obtains products such as corn and potatoes that he grows and sells in his neighborhood’s central market. This also helps him financially.

He likes the field very much after so many years of hard work and sacrifice while farming. In the future he wants to obtain a small dwelling where he can raise Guinea pigs.

This will be his 10th loan through MFP and he is grateful to his communal bank that has offered him support and helped him to reach his goals. He will use the money from this loan to buy fertilizer for his corn crop, which he will be harvesting soon.
