The community bank named Sop Sokhna Diarra was founded on September 27, 2009. The group is made up of 18 women that are all originally from the same village. They came together as friends and neighbors. The group is a member of the community bank Keur Serigne Louga Sud (Kiva Field Partner).

Mrs. Ndeye M., standing to the right in the photo, is the leader of the group. She is 37 years old. She is married and she is the mother of 6 children.

She has a small business through which she sells various merchandise. She sells condiments such as onions, chili peppers, garlic, pepper etc.

With this new loan she will stock her store to better meet client demand and increase her profits.

Her goal is to help her husband in the support of the family, especially to provide health care, nutrition, and schooling to their children.
Le groupe de solidarité SOP SOKHNA DIARRA a été créé le 27 septembre 2009 au jour du financement du Banc Villageois. Il est composé de 18 femmes qui sont toutes issus du même village. Elles se sont organisées par affinité et par proximité. Le groupe de Solidarité fait partie du Banc Villageois KEUR SERIGNE LOUGA SUD.

Madame NDEYE M. debout à droite de la photo est responsable du groupe. Elle est âgée de 37 ans. Elle est mariée et mère de 06 enfants.

Elle fait un petit commerce de divers produits. Elle vend sur table des condiments tels des oignons, du piment, de l'ail, du poivre etc.

avec son nouveau crédit elle va augmenter son niveau d'approvisionnement pour mieux satisfaire sa clientèle et accroitre ses bénéfices.

Son objectif est de soutenir son mari dans la prise en charge de la famille. Par exemple la santé, la nourriture et la scolarité des enfants.
