Madira J. is 42 years old and lives in the town of Arua in the West Nile region of Uganda. He is married and has four children. Three of his children are currently in school. Madira has a business in selling hardware and other accessories He has had this business for over 10 years.
To help expand his business, Madira has requested a loan of 1,500,000 Ugandan Shillings from BRAC Uganda. The loan will be used to purchase more items like radios, cables, and adapters. With the help of the loan from BRAC, Madira hopes to generate greater profits and pay school fees. In the future, Madira hopes to return this loan and get another loan.
