Bertha Cecilia's story

Bertha is 31 years old. She is married and has two young children. She lives with her family in the Micaela Bastidas sector, an urban zone on the edge of the city of Chiclayo, an area known in the north part of the country for its abundant commerce and transport industries. It is the capital of the Lambayeque region.

For the past year Bertha has earned a living working as a lottery ticket salesperson in a stand located in the Moshoqueque market (the city's wholesale market). She offers these tickets in a stand sponsored by the distributing company, and with her earnings from work she helps her husband cover the family's expenses.

Bertha is quite a determined woman and is always looking for a way to help her family get ahead. Currently she wants to make some improvements to her home and buy some products that will allow her family to have a more stable and comfortable life. To carry out this plan, she has seen fit to apply for the first time to Edpyme Alternativa for a loan of 500 new soles.

She is quite an enterprising and persistent woman. The people who know her consider her to be responsible and trustworthy.
