Kuña Renda Group's story

This committee is named Kuña Renda and they come from the area of Conavi, Walter Insfrán in Caaguazú. They are currently in their fifth loan cycle. The committee is made up of 25 women who united to form a close group with the intention of obtaining a small working capital to invest in their daily work. The women are very responsible, hard working, supportive and united. They are very grateful for the opportunities they have received with this loan as it has lightened their workload.

Liza, one of the group's members, is a very active woman in the group and carries out various activities with other members to raise funds to repay the loan installments. She works independently selling clothes in a salon that she has set up in her home. Her family help her to serve customers whenever they have time available. Liza is requesting a loan to purchase t-shirts, jumpers, pants, shirts and dresses for the Spring season.
