Mrs. Khiev M. was born in 1984. She lives in Si Sla village in Takeo province. She is a farmer who owns a 1.5-hectare plot of land to cultivate rice to sell to support her family. Her husband, Mr. Chatha Toem, is a taxi driver who is able to earn some money to support his family.

She has a problem because her field is infertile. To improve production, Mrs. Khiev M. is requesting a loan to buy fertilizer and pesticide. With the rest of the loan she will hire farm laborers and a plow to plow her field.
