A loan of $275 helped buy a sewing machine to help her daughter who is studying sewing and tailoring.

Diola's story

Diola, who is 44 years old, is the very responsible mother of a family. She lives in her own house, along with her husband and 4 children. Her business is the sale of bedspreads, sheets, curtains, and electrical home appliances. Whenever her customers ask her for particular products, Diola goes to the wholesale market in the capital to get the products they requested. Sometimes her husband helps her with the purchases so that they can stock greater quantities of products to avoid disappointments when she offers them to her customers. She feels happy with the work that she carries out. So far she has had many customers, and she likes this very much because she knows that this way her earnings will increase. Now her big dream is to set up a shop, and she will try to prepare her house for this, since this way she will not have to neglect her children. This is her eighteenth loan with MFP, and she has promised again to be responsible in making her payments, since she finds this credit so helpful in the progress of her business. With the loan that she is applying for, she will invest in the purchase of a sewing machine to help her daughter who is studying sewing and tailoring.
