This committee was started by means of an invitation from Señora Julia Insaurralde who at the same time invited and organized her friends to form part of the Enterprising Women Committee program. They decided to integrate with the committee since they have the desire to receive loans and to invest them in their business in order to improve it and give a better standard of living to their families. Señora Ada Estela Martínez is one of the members. She possesses a store in her house which she tends with the aid of her children. This business is very important for her and provides her family with food.
