Maria Teresa's story

Maria Teresa and her husband are a couple that is aware of opportunity. That's why Maria started a business selling electrical replacement items, taking advantage of the fact that her husband works for a wholesale distributor and they have the possibility of purchasing goods for their neighborhood shop on credit. This idea was so successful that today they purchase items directly from authorized distributors.

Their customers are a taxi drivers as well as motorcycle owners in the area. The shop is known for its visible location and organized stock with a little bit of everything.

This loan through Fundacion Mario Santo Domingo is their second. The first helped increase their working capital and this loan will help bring goods from Cali such as horns, starters, alternators, spark plugs, lights and accessories. Her goal is to have a store where her family can work and fulfill her entrepreneurial dream
