Lucila's story

Mrs. Lucila S. Ortiz, 26, lives in the city of Carapeguá. She’s married and has two minor children. She set up grocery store six years ago in Carapeguá’s San Vicente neighborhood. She owns her house. Her spouse is a boat repairman and his earnings help meet household expenses.
