Ker P., 58, is a widow and lives with three children. She is a teacher at a state school and is able to make about US $2 a day. She is also supported by two of the children who are employed. Since her children spend a lot on transportation, Ker P. would like to take out a loan of US $800 to purchase a motorbike for her children to commute to work.
