A loan of $475 helped the purchase of calves.

Daysis Maria's story

Daysis Maria is married. She has lived in the Caño Blanco region, in the Nueva Guinea jurisdiction, for 20 years with her family: her husband, Mario Adolfo, and their 4 children (3 of whom are in elementary school). She is requesting financing for her second loan. Her goal is to purchase 8 255-kilo calves, which she will fatten up until they reach a desirable weight to sell and obtain an income to offer her family better living conditions. Daysis has a small farm that has good, natural pastures. They are improving all the time. She manages her inventory well, and she makes income from milk sales. Daysis is a hard-working and entrepreneurial woman who likes to be in charge of her own money. Her greatest dream is to be able to offer her family the best conditions and to be able to give her children an inheritance to work with.
