Rowena O. is from the town of Talibon. She is 35 years old. Rowena is married and has 4 school-aged children. She laminates photographs and other documents for a living. It has been her family's source of income for eight years. Out of her income from laminating, she was able to put up sari-sari store where she sells a variety of different products. Rowena is really thankful for her store because it helps her family a lot. She hopes for her store to grow.
Rowena joined CEVI to gain access to financial services to help improve her living situation and ability to engage in business activities. Rowena has successfully repaid a previous loan from CEVI. Rowena is requesting a new loan of 10,000 PHP, which will be used to purchase materials for lamination and additional store inventory. She plans to use the additional revenue generated from the business to make improvements to their house and her business.
