Jackline is 38 years old and married with three children. For a living, she runs a retail shop where she sells foodstuffs. Her business is located in the slums. Therefore, most of her customers are low income earners. She has been running the business for five years. She hopes to own permanent rental houses in the future. She has been an active member of Faulu Kenya and has previously had four loans. She has requested a loan of 80,000 KES to expand her business.
