A loan helped a member to purchase cement, sand, and rock.

Villa Shalon Group's story

Patricia Janeth is 35 years old, and lives with her two children who depend on her financially since she is a single mother.

Patricia works as a domestic employee near her community. It is a job she does very well and it allows her to generate income for her household responsibilities, but she wants to improve her house.

So, she is asking for a loan to purchase cement, sand, and rock. With this investment, she expects to make the necessary repairs to her house and prevent the accumulation of water in the rainy season and offer her family a decent house.

Patricia, Ana Maria, and Zaida form the Villa Shalon solidarity group. They are responsible and enterprising people who seek the same end of getting their families ahead.

In this group: Patricia Janeth, Ana Marina, Zayda Lisbeth
