A loan helped a member to buy more goats and sheep.

Twisungane Tcb Group's story

Beatrice is a 45-year-old mother of six children who are aged between 8 and 24 years old. Her husband is a businessman, and for the past fifteen years, she has been selling livestock.

She is the leader of the group called Twisungane TCB, which, in English, means “let us come together.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses. Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all of the group members. However, the photo shows one member who is representing the group

Beatrice will use her loan to buy more goats and sheep to sell in her community and to meet customer demand. With the profits from her sales, she hopes to be able to improve the standard of living for her family and also pay the school fees for her children

Beatrice is thankful for your support.
