Jessica de 24 años, tiene un pequeño restaurante, hace comidas típicas como seco de chivo, pollo y carne. Es madre soltera con dos hijos, ellos vive en una zona periurbana llamada “Perimetral”.

Comenzó haciendo encebollados (plato típico que contiene pescado-cebolla) los vendía solo los fines de semana con ayuda de su mama, poco a poco invirtió dinero para comprar una cocina, por esa buena decisión ella ahora tiene un pequeño restaurante hace almuerzos, trabaja desde las 16h00 hasta las 22:00pm todos los días.

Con el préstamo quiere comprar víveres como arroz, legumbres para su pequeño restaurante. En el futuro quiere tener un local mas grande y que su restaurante sea conocido.
