A loan of $725 helped stock the shop with essential merchandise.

Flora's story

Flora is 40 years old, married, and has four children of school-age. The family lives in the town of Quimbiri, located in the beautiful tropical Cuscan rainforest, where they have their own home.
Flora has always liked to work in a group. When she was a teenager, she helped her parents to plant and harvest cacao, and recalls that the job was much easier when everybody worked together.
With this philosophy in mind, Flora took a risk and opened a shop with her beloved husband. Together, as a result of much hard work and enthusiasm, the shop became a success due to the reasonable prices and good customer service afforded.
Flora plans to expand the grocery shop with the aim of attracting more customers and therefore increase earnings.
This is Flora’s second loan with MFP, and she promises to comply with the repayment plan, and is happy with this lending group, as it ensures a pleasant business environment.
Flora will use the loan to purchase essential merchandise in order to meet the needs of her more demanding customers.
