Agath's story

Agath S. is a 42-year-old woman. She is a single mother of one child. She is a member of the Village Bank of Walidane and has been the secretary of the group since her membership began in November of 2004. She has received eleven loans.
She has run a pig farm since her membership to the Village Bank began in November 2004.
With her new loan of 500,000 francs CFA, she will buy twenty adult pigs at 10,000 francs each (which will be slaughtered) and ten swine that she will raise. She will also buy grain to feed the pigs.
Her goal is to take care of her son and to build upon her savings.
