Bahadir H. is a widower with four children, who lives in Osh city, south of Kyrgyzstan. Bahadir is an open-hearted person who likes to bring positive emotions to people. Seven years ago, in order to support his family, Bahadir began his business in running confectioner's shop. He started selling cakes and soon his shop became known for its delicious goods.
In June 2010, when violent clashes caused by the deposed political regime broke out in the city of Osh, Bahadir lost his business. His confectioner's shop was burned to ashes. But Bahadir, being a very optimistic person, didn’t give up and decided to resume his lost business and continue activities. For this very reason, Bahadir is applying for a loan of 50,000 KGS, which he needs to restart his activity. He plans to buy an oven, a mixer and stuff for baking.
Bahadir hopes to see those “sweet” smiles of his loyal customers again.
