Esita's story

Esita of Namada Village started a home-based canteen after her husband's demise. She is known in her village as a hard worker who tries her best to provide for her family.

With a current existing small canteen selling basic food items such as sugar, oil, eggs, noodles, biscuits, canned foods etc, she wishes to avail herself of a loan to add more new items and restock on her shelves.

With perseverance, she aims to grow her micro canteen into a retail store.

This loan is special because:

It provides women with credit in a country where alternative financing is extremely scarce.
