The group was created in May 2008. It is made up of 8 women who live in the same neighborhood and have good relationships. They support each other and are dynamic given that they have good relationships with each other. Fatou, aged 34 years is the sole representative of the group due to the Covid-19 pandemic. She is married and the mother of 4 children. She has one other dependent child.

With her new loan, she plans to buy cans of lemon juice and palm oil to re-sell. The profits will contribute to improving the family's living conditions, help her children to pay the school fees and cover her personal needs.
