Anayibi's story

Anayibi, age 42, is a micro-entrepreneur living in the municipality of Santa Lucia.

She has a sewing business located in her house. It began as a result of her experience in the art of sewing, which permitted her to take the decision to acquire her first machines and to hire employees to make clothing in the municipality. As time passed, she decided to sell to other municipalities in Atlántico, and today her business is established. That has permitted her to acquire more machines to increase her production. Her principal clients are merchants and individuals. After the government measures due to the Covid 19 pandemic, her sales are increasing.

This brought her to request her first Kiva loan through the Fundación Santo Domingo in order to invest in supplies such as fabrics, zipper pulls, thread, sweaters, etc. Please support her.
