A loan of $2,700 helped a member call booths.

Siempre Adelante Group's story

Deyby C. C. is 54 years old (wearing red pants and a cherry colored sweater in the photograph) is the president of the “Siempre Adelante” (Always Ahead) communal bank. She is a very entrepreneurial mother of two children. She struggles daily to move them ahead, give them a better quality of life, and proviD. them with a basic education in values and principles.

The communal bank is maD. up of nine enthusiastic and committed women and one gentleman. They have been working with EDAPROSPO-PROSPERIDAD for the past 18 months.

Deyby currently has two businesses, one is a call center called “Divino Niño Jesús,” which she has had for one year; she also sells prepared food out of her parent’s home (where she lives). From there she distributes lunches to her steady customers in factories and to people who want to experience the flavor in the home where she prepares them.

Deyby dreams of having her own home and is very optimistic that she will be able to buy a piece of land soon, thanks to her savings and the income that she has gotten from her two businesses. She wants to run both businesses out of her own home.

She will use the money from this loan as working capital to buy three more call booths, because of high customer demand.
