Sajida's story

Sajida has applied for a loan for the 4th time from Asasah to financially support her husband in his dairy business. She lives in a four-room brick house with her family in a small city, Kot Radha Kishen, which is located in Punjab, Pakistan. She is the mother of 2 sons and 2 daughters. All of them are getting their education. Her daughters read in 5th and 4th standard while sons are in 2nd and in kindergarten.

Sajida is 39 years old and married to M. A.. She is a housewife who stays at home doing her household chores but she offers full support to her husband. She takes care of the buffaloes in his absence.

Her husband has been in the dairy business for the past 30 years and has a lot of experience in the dairy industry. Currently, he has three buffaloes at his home and wants to buy another one to increase the milk-production of his business. Sajida is hopeful that her husband will be able to make positive changes to his business by investing the loan money in it.
