R. André is a young married man, aged 29, who was born in the Kicukiro district in the province of the city of Kigali, capital of Rwanda. He concentrated on electronics in his secondary education. He is a retail merchant in a children's clothing store.
André signed a loan to increase the quantity and diversity of children's clothing in his store. He needs to purchase small dresses and outfits with pants for children.
