William's story

William is a micro-entrepreneur who is 59 years of age. He is a resident of the city of Barranquilla, where he lives with his wife and where he also has a business selling meats, beverages, cheese, and cassava.

William started this business approximately 28 years ago. Thanks to it, he was able to give an education and a better quality of life to his children and his family. He offers his services daily with payments in cash and on credit to his main customers, which are the neighboring stores and persons nearby.

Because of health issues and national government regulations owing to the Covid 19 pandemic, he had to suspend his business activity.

Currently, he is requesting his first Kiva loan with Fundación Santo Domingo in order to increase his working capital and for the purchase of supplies like pork, beef, cheese, a refrigerator, and a greater quantity of beverages.

To increase his number of sales and the profits of his business, do support him in this loan for his business.
