A loan helped a member to buy a variety of clothing to sell.

Mujeres Trabajadoras Group's story

The Mujeres Trabajadoras Group is in its first cycle of the women's committee program. All of the group members work and help each other to get ahead. They started their group with 15 women from the city of Itá, where they all have their businesses that allow them to generate income for their households.

One of the members is Debora Katerina. She works selling clothing with the effort, continuous work, and essential behaviors of a successful woman. She says that during the pandemic, she had to implement new sales techniques like creating a page on her social media sites to reach more customers. This method proved successful for her, and she was able to cope with the economic crisis caused by the virus.

She is requesting this loan in order to buy a variety of clothing to sell, which will help her stock up and offer her customers more variety.
