A loan helped to buy canisters of Total and Oryx (gasoline brands) and products for his hairdressing salon; also to save up to care for his children.

Moumouni's story

Moumouni is a father of three; two of his children go to school. He is a tradesman; more than 12 years ago he opened up a shop for gasoline sale and storage, which he combined with a barber shop at a marketplace at the outskirts of the capital city. This is his ninth loan cycle with Yikri. He repaid his two Kiva loans on time and is requesting a loan to buy canisters of Total and Oryx brand gas and products for his barber shop in order to better serve and satisfy his clients. With the income generated by these funds, he plans to expand his business and save up to care for his children. He urges everyone to protect themselves from the covid-19 virus.
