A loan helped to buy fruit, corn, sugar, cashews, and other ingredients for the production of tortillas and atoles.

Leonicia's story

Leonicia lives with her husband and daughter, who is 14 years old and attending school. She states she has relatives abroad and that they eventually help her financially. Leonicia's business is to sell atoles and tortillas. She learned this work thanks to her mother. She works from 7:00 am. to 6:00 pm. In the morning she sells tortillas and in the afternoon she sells atol.

The loan that she requests will be used to stock the inventory of her business. She will buy fruit, corn, sugar, cashews, and other ingredients for the production of tortillas and atoles. In this way, she will expand the inventory of her businesses to better serve her customers, the majority of whom are frequent customers.

Her dreams are to continue working in her business, to have better economic conditions, and to buy a home.
