Rukhsana lives with her family in Raiwind, which is famous for its agriculture industry. Raiwind is a small city of Punjab province, Pakistan and located near Lahore. Rukhsana lives in a three-room brick house with her family. She is 28 years old and has two children, three-year-old Zunaira and one-year-old Anil. Both are very young and not yet old enough for school.

Rukhsana is involved in the embroidery business. She has contracts with different boutiques for whom she makes embroidered clothes and earns income for her family. She is good at her art and gets regular orders. She earns approximately 5-6,000 PKRs every month, which has become a big financial source. Her husband works in the timber selling business. His business is going well, earning him regular income. He has been doing this business for over ten years.

Rukhsana has applied for a loan for the third time from Asasah for her husband’s business. The loan amount will help her husband to buy timber in bulk in order to fulfill larger orders in time. Rukhsana is confident that this investment will bring positive change to her husband’s business and that he will be able to improve his income. She is a very responsible loan user of Asasah. She has always paid installments on time and attends meetings regularly.
