A loan helped to buy a freezer and a lot more meat.

Roberto Antonio's story

Roberto Antonio, 56, is a micro-entrepreneur who lives in the town of Santa Lucía with his family.

His business for 25 years has been selling beef. For some time he has been connected to cattle and since then he started selling it. Then came the idea for a butcher shop, to sell to the residents of the town.

This commercial activity is his only source of income and what enables him to help support the household. Because of the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic, though, his work level declined from biosafety issues and his income went down drastically.

That's why he's requesting his first Kiva loan with Fundación Santo Domingo to buy a freezer and a lot more meat.

Support him in his business loan.
