A loan of $800 helped to replace an old and unreliable mototaxi.

Ket's story

Ket T., 54, is married and lives with her three children in the Takeo province. She is a farmer who works for less than $1 (USD) each day, while her husband is a taxi driver making $15 each day. The weather conditions have been difficult for farming in Cambodia this past year, and inflation has caused food prices to skyrocket. These factors have played into a difficult economic year for many Cambodians, Ket T. included. In light of these economic difficulties, she is asking for a loan of $800 to replace an old and unreliable mototaxi for her husband.
