Jean Claude's story

Jean Claude is a dedicated businessman living and running a business of electronics in the Kirehe District of Rwanda. Jean Claude started in 2014 as an electronic repair technician, then he started a small shop of second hand electronics. Now the business has grown and he is a wholesaler for the Kirehe district.

He supplies different types of electronics and phones, where he serves various clients, both refugees and host communities. He has 2 permanent employees working in his electronics shop. His business has helped him to support his family and improved the well-being of others.

Jean Claude was an active participant in AEC/Inkomoko training which enabled him to improve his customer care services and to keep a good relationship with his customers. His years of experience in the same business and providing good quality products contributes to his business growth. Jean Claude is requesting a loan to increase his working capital to meet customer needs. With the loan he will continue expanding and hire even more in his community.
