A loan helped to buy a cow.

Manohisoa's story

Manohisoa is an active and resourceful woman. She is 39 years old and has three children. Her partner is a driver. To help improve income, Manohisoa started animal husbandry. She chose to feed ducks. She has taken out two loans from Vahatra to carry out her project. Profits were somewhat satisfactory as she is looking to improve her income. As a result, she has decided to undertake another activity, parallel to raising ducks. She has chosen cattle breeding. Therefore, she needs the next loan. She plans to buy a medium-sized cow. She's going to turn her into a dairy cow. She relies on the support of lenders. She predicts an increase in income once milk is later produced. Manohisoa wants to have savings for the future of her children.
