A loan helped a member to buy display cases for her fast food business.

Jovenes Unidos Group's story

This group, called Jóvenes Unidos, is new and it in its first cycle. It arose as an opportunity for each member, and they decided to take it because the trainings offered them by the foundation will help them improve.

In the group Lucia stands out. She is married, but due to work reasons her husband doesn't live with them. Rather, Lucia lives with her children. With their help she runs her business selling hamburgers. They are a humble and hardworking family. They mutually help each other to grow and move forward together.

Lucia seeks this loan to buy display cases for her fast food sales. This will improve her business, so that she can expand more and increase her earnings.

Note that only one person appears in the photo although this is a group loan. A group photo wasn't possible due to avoid social gatherings due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
