The city of Ocongate is two hours from the city of Cusco. Yoni is a humble young woman who is 23 years old. She opened a small grocery store in her rented home. It is located on Libertad street in the city of Ocongate. Yoni can be found in her store seven days a week from eight in the morning until ten at night. With the next loan Yoni hopes to receive 1,000 soles. She would like to use the money from this loan to buy merchandise like rice, sugar, noodles, and many other things that her store does not have. She has participated in the communal bank for two years. It is going very well for her thanks to the reliability of her colleagues and the punctuality of their payments. Her dream is to open more stores. She is grateful for the opportunity that has been provided and promises to complete her payments by the established deadlines.
