A loan helped to buy the necessary inputs for growing carrots.

Honoré's story

Honoré is married. His couple has three children. Honoré is a farmer and also a cart transporter. He fights to provide for his family's needs. The family owns productive land but lacks the means to exploit it. As a result, Honoré decided to take loans to strengthen his capital. He will gradually expand agriculture. He is a borrower at Vahatra which has already granted him two successive loans for the cultivation of potatoes. As income has started to improve, Honoré was able to build up some savings that he plans to consolidate. The following loan is needed for carrot growing. He hopes for the support of the lenders. He delivers his products to the capital. Honoré wants to turn their mud house into a solid one and will continue to expand agriculture and boost his savings.
