A loan helped a member to stock up on shoes and women's clothing, which will bolster her initial capital.

Ass Amani Group's story

Mrs Chrustina is a client of Hekima IMF and presides over the “banc villageois” named “Ass Amani”. She is married, 37 years old, and the mother of 6 children who all attend school. Her partner is a retailer.

She sells various clothing products and started this enterprise in 2012 with her own startup funding. Later on, she joined the Hekima program for supporting her business, during which she worked progressively.

With this new loan, she will stock up on shoes and women's clothing. This will bolster her initial capital. The challenge in her business has to do with the lack of customers.

She would like her children to continue with their schooling and also wants to provider for her family.

Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and their partners for the support given to non-bankable business owners in this context of global crisis related to the Covid-19. The picture displays only the group leader due to Covid-19 social-distancing measures.
