Tosheka Group's story

Mme Aleine is a client of Hekima IMF who presides over the groupe villageoise, TOSHEKA. She is a 39 year-old married mother of 6 children who are all in school. Her husband is a bricklayer.

She sells used clothing and started this business ten years ago with start-up capital provided by her husband. Now, she is involved with the Hekima program to support her business and in which she has gradually developed. With this loan she will purchase two bales of used clothing which will increase her working capital. The challenge to her business is related to the exchange rate for the dollar.

She would like for her children to continue their studies and to be able to provide for her family. Also, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support given to business owners who do not have access to traditional banking services during this context of the global crisis caused by COVID-19.
