A loan helped to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during Covid-19.

Hajanah's story

Good day lenders! Meet one of KBMI’s clients, Hajanah. She is 55 years old and married with one son. Hajanah runs a business selling food and her husband is a fisherman. Her child is still in school. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on their family is the implementation of school from home that uses an online system. This made it difficult for their child to access the course materials and to send assignments to the teacher.

She has applied for a loan of 2,100,000 Indonesian rupiahs (IDR) from KBMI at Bojonegara branch to buy a smartphone for her child's online education needs during Covid-19. Her income is not sufficient to buy a smartphone, but she will be able to repay the loan received by using the profits generated from her business.

Hajanah is a very hardworking mother who always strives for the best for her child to improve living conditions and create a happy life. She is very grateful for the opportunity and wants to thank to all lenders.

Note: The boy in the photo is Hajanah's son.
