Utaratibu Group's story

Ms. Jeannette is a client of Hekima IMF and chairs the village group “UTARATIBU”. She is married, 35 years old and the mother of 5 children who are all in school. Her partner works in a private company.

She is a seller of various foods, she started this business 13 years ago with the start-up funds received from her husband. Later she involved the Hekima program to support her business, during which it has gradually grown. With this new loan, she will stock up on 70 bags of flour and 13 bags of rice, which will strengthen her initial capital. The challenge of her business is linked to the lack of customers.

She would like her children to continue studying and to develop her business. Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for the support provided to owners of non-bankable businesses in this context of the global Covid-19 crisis. The photo is only of the group leader because of Covid-19, in compliance with social distancing measures.

In this group: Amani, Weseslasine, Francine, Jeannette, Mapenzi, Angeline, Pascaline, Chance, Concile, Esperance, Mwangaza, Jacques, Patient, Makulata, Valentine, Pascaline, Furaha, Denis, Achille
