A loan helped to buy items for sale including reams of paper, school supplies and accessories.

Rubis's story

Rubis is a 42-year-old microentrepreneur living in the city of Cartagena, where she lives with her family.

She has had a business for a year selling a variety of items. She began her work with the help of her husband who was in charge of selling wholesale in the city of Cartagena.

They then decided to set up their own premises, having knowledge of suppliers and where they could obtain the best prices. This business is her only source of income and it is what allows her to contribute to support her household.

But due to the covid -19 pandemic that occurred worldwide, her work level deteriorated due to biosecurity issues, and her income decreased drastically.

For this reason, she requests her first loan with the Santo Domingo Foundation in order to buy supplies including reams of paper, school supplies and accessories.

Please support her with this loan for her business.
